Your first session will be used to discuss your current lifestyle, nutrition, activity levels and your goals. This session also gives you the chance to ask questions.
You’ll also do a short workout to see how your current fitness levels are and where you want to get to. I will then use this information to write you a personalised training plan.
You’ve also got the option of my reduced cost 6 week packages. Cheaper than my individual PT sessions, you’ll either have one or two sessions a week, depending on which package you choose.
If you have been diagnosed with any of these medical conditions, then your GP may make an exercise referral as a way of improving your health:
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Diabetes (type 1 and 2)
Simple mechanical back pain
I will make sure that your training is appropriate to your medical needs and your level of fitness, but also enjoyable. I’ll work with you and your doctor, also speaking to them if needed, to ensure that the exercise you do will help improve your health, fitness and lifestyle.
